Refund Policy

This policy explains when BroDop Digital Inc. refunds a payment. It's part of our Terms of Service (/terms/).

AI Visibility Audit ($49)

The audit is non-refundable once it has been delivered, because the work is done when we run your tests and build your report.

We will refund your $49 in full if:

• we don't deliver your audit within 48 hours of your payment; or
• your report is clearly wrong, for example it's for a different business, it's incomplete, or it can't be opened, and we can't correct it within 48 hours of you telling us.

To ask for a refund, use the contact form on brodop.ai within 14 days of your payment and include the email address you ordered with.

BroDop Boost AI ($999 per month)

Boost AI payments are non-refundable. When you cancel with 30 days' notice, your final month is billed in full, and we don't give partial-month refunds or prorated credits.

If your business is not cited by a major AI platform within 30 days of starting Boost AI, the Boost AI guarantee in our Terms of Service applies: we keep working at no charge until it is. The guarantee is met with continued work, not a refund.

Other services

Refunds for our other services are covered by the proposal or agreement for that service.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days of approval, depending on your bank.
