This is what losing a customer to AI looks like.

Google rankings and reviews don't tell you what AI says about your business.

AI looks at different signals when deciding which businesses to recommend. You could be doing everything right in traditional and digital marketing and still be missing from the recommendations that matter.

The BroDop AI Visibility Score shows you where you stand. We test how AI sees your business, measure your current visibility, and identify what's helping, what's holding you back, and where you can improve.

You don't have to guess. This is measurable.

One number for your position in AI search.

A single score from 0 to 100. It combines what AI assistants say about your business today with the signals that decide whether they keep saying it.

Sixty points measure visibility: whether ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity name you when someone asks for a recommendation in your category.

Forty points measure foundations: the signals those systems weigh when deciding who to recommend.

Visibility is what's happening now. Foundations decide what happens next. A business can score well on one and badly on the other, which is why the score measures both.

  • Site technical health 10 ptsHow fast and smooth your site is, on phones and computers.

Forty measure the signals that decide whether they keep saying it.

What each score means.

The line between Invisible and At Risk sits at 40 for a specific reason. Foundations are worth 40 points and visibility is worth 60, so 40 is the highest score a business can reach while appearing in exactly zero AI answers. Above 40, the score mathematically requires at least one platform to have named you.

It's the only non-arbitrary boundary on the scale, which is why it's there.

What makes this audit different.

  1. The methodology is published.

It's the only AI Visibility Score with a published methodology. Every point is accounted for, so you can see exactly how your score is calculated and what it means.

  2. The questions are real, and you can check them.

We ask what your customers ask, in plain words, in your category and your city. The report shows you the questions and what came back, so you can ask them yourself.

  3. It's measured the same way every time.

Five customer questions, three platforms, fifteen tests. Run it again next month and the number means the same thing. If we change how it's scored, we publish the change with the date it took effect.

  4. Know where you stand.

AI decides which businesses it recommends. Your AI Visibility Score gives you a clear picture of how your business is showing up today, which queries you're appearing for, where you're being missed, and what you can do to improve your visibility.

This is fifteen tests across three platforms, a competitor comparison, and a ranked list of what to fix. It's a real audit, not a lead magnet. You get an actual answer about your AI visibility, with specific insights to help your business stand out in the new world of AI.

If you never spend another dollar with us, you'll still know exactly where you stand.

What your AI Visibility Score tells you

Your AI Visibility Score is a clear snapshot of how easily AI can find, understand, and recommend your business today. It gives you a starting point, shows you where opportunities exist, and provides a measurable way to track your progress over time.

Why stop with the audit? BroDop Boost AI gives you an expert team working every month to continuously improve, measure, and grow your AI visibility.

  • It measures your visibility, not your business quality.

A great business can have a low AI Visibility Score. That doesn't mean the business isn't great. It means AI may not have enough of the right signals to recognize and recommend it. The score measures how visible your business is to AI, not how good your business is.

  • It gives you a baseline you can improve.

AI is constantly evolving, and your visibility can change as your digital presence changes. Your score gives you a measurable starting point so you can see what's working and track your progress over time.

  • It focuses on the AI platforms that matter.

We measure your visibility across the major AI assistants where people are increasingly asking for business recommendations. And because the work behind your score improves the information AI systems can find and understand about your business, the benefits can extend beyond the platforms we directly measure.

How the 100 points are allocated.

AI Platform Visibility, 60 points

We run five real customer questions in your category on each of three platforms. Fifteen tests in total. Each platform earns one status, worth up to 20 points.

MentionedNamed anywhere on at least 1 of the 5 queries10
MissingNot named on any query variation0

Three platforms, 20 points each. 60 points total.

AI Visibility Foundations, 40 points

Four signals, weighted by how much they influence whether an AI system recommends a business.

10 + 10 + 10 + 10 = 40

If we change what the score measures or how it's weighted, we'll publish the change here with the date it took effect.

What we actually ask.

We don't search for your business name. Searching for a business you already know exists tells you nothing about whether a stranger would find it.

Instead we ask the questions your customers ask. Open questions, in plain words, in your category and your city. Then we read the answer and check whether you're in it.

Example, using the sample audit's category:
AI assistant
You

"Who are the top HVAC companies in New York City?"

You

"Recommend HVAC companies near New York City."

Five variations per platform, because AI answers vary between phrasings and a single query proves nothing.

The score is a to-do list.

Every point you're missing maps to something specific and fixable.

Foundations move first. Schema can be added. A Google Business Profile can be completed. Technical health is a set of known problems with known solutions. Most businesses can move their foundations score substantially within weeks.

Visibility follows. AI systems have to encounter you, cite you, and start treating you as an answer. That builds over months as citations accumulate, and once those positions form they're durable.

The two are connected. Foundations are what cause visibility. A business with perfect foundations and zero visibility is usually early. A business with visibility and weak foundations is usually vulnerable.

Can you do some of it yourself? Sure. But BroDop Boost AI gives you an expert team working every month to stay ahead of competitors, adapt to the latest changes, and get your business recognized by AI.

The questions we get asked

Is this a real measurement or a marketing number?

It's real, and it's the only AI visibility score with a published methodology. Five customer questions, three platforms, fifteen tests, plus four weighted foundation signals. Every point is accounted for. You can read the whole scoring system before you spend a dollar.

Can you guarantee I'll show up in AI results?

Yes, with Boost AI. If your business doesn't gain at least one new citation from ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity within 30 days of your Boost AI start date, we keep working at no charge until it does. Conditions apply; read the full guarantee. What nobody can guarantee is that AI recommends you for every question a customer asks. Whether an AI assistant names your business is ultimately its decision. We establish your baseline, then our AI and Digital Marketing experts work every month to improve the signals AI uses to understand and recommend your business.

With Boost AI, you're not paying for a score. You're paying us to do the hard work behind the scenes to continuously improve your AI visibility.

How is this different from SEO?

SEO is about helping your business appear higher in search results. AI Visibility is about getting your business mentioned when someone asks AI for a recommendation. The two work together, and strong SEO can help your AI visibility. But the goal is different. Search gives people a list of links to choose from. AI gives them an answer, often naming just a few businesses. That's where being visible to AI matters.

Is AI Search all you do?

No. AI visibility is our focus, but digital marketing is in our DNA, and our clients still need the fundamentals that help their businesses grow. We also offer BroDop AI Reviews, BroDop AI Ads, BroDop Digital Advertising, BroDop SEO and BroDop Website Development. If you need one of them, tell us on a call and we'll say honestly whether we're the right fit.

Why does ChatGPT say something different when I ask it myself?

If you ask ChatGPT about your business from your own account, it may already know who you are, where you are, and what you do. The audit tests what a stranger sees.

How fast do I get it?

It arrives within the hour. One-time payment, no subscription, and no call required.
